Building Confidence Through Student Leadership
Jiya’s involvement at XWA gave her opportunities to turn ideas into action. In Grade 9, she launched a Red Cross fundraising and awareness initiative, developing it further each year and encouraging wider participation.
She also founded XWA’s World Scholar’s Cup Club, whose members competed internationally, including at Yale University in 2024. These experiences helped her build confidence, coordinate teams and respond to challenges.
