Dover Court International School in Singapore is celebrating another strong year of International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme results, with the Class of 2026 achieving outcomes that reflect both academic excellence and individual progress.
DCIS Singapore achieved an average IB score of 35, compared with the 2026 global average of 30.9. The cohort also had a 100% pass rate, a top score of 44 and an average subject grade of 5.5, compared with the global average subject grade of 4.9.
The results continue Dover Court’s consistent pattern of strong IB Diploma outcomes in Singapore, while also reflecting the progress made by students across the cohort. The Class of 2026 results point to both academic achievement and individual growth throughout the IB Diploma journey.
Beyond the headline scores, the school highlighted the wider development of the Class of 2026, including the skills and attributes built through the IB Diploma Programme. These include critical thinking, collaboration, curiosity, independence and resilience, all of which are central to the IB pathway and to preparation for life beyond school.
Reflecting on the cohort’s journey, Rachel Edwards, Head of Secondary at Dover Court International School, stated:
“Congratulations to the Class of 2026. Your successes over the years and to this moment are countless and extend far beyond these impressive results. We have seen you become fine ambassadors for Dover Court and world-class learners in the IB programme, with the compassion and capacity to do great things in your careers and communities. You have not travelled this road alone, and we thank all staff throughout your education, the Sixth Form team, Year 13 teachers and tutors, our student support team, and all who have helped and nurtured you, your parents and your peers. We wish you every success and look forward to welcoming you back to DCIS in the future.”
Christopher Short, Interim Principal at Dover Court International School, also recognised the achievements of the graduating class, saying:
“It has been a delight to see the fantastic individual achievements of our graduating class. The overall results continue Dover Court’s tradition of being world-beating – a trend that has now been consistent over the last seven years. I wish all our graduates the best as they go on to their chosen next steps.”
As the Class of 2026 moves into its next chapter, Dover Court students are expected to pursue a range of pathways, including university study, gap years and national service. The school’s Careers and Higher Education Guidance team continues to support students as they consider routes that align with their strengths, interests and future aspirations.
Dover Court’s 2026 IB Diploma results reinforce the school’s position within Singapore’s international school landscape, particularly for families considering an IB pathway that combines academic ambition with personalised student support.
