American School of Dubai

The American School of Dubai (ASD) offers the US curriculum from PreK – Grade 12. It provides learning experiences designed to promote the maximum potential of its students.

Established in 1966 by the Dubai Petroleum Company and formerly known as Jumeirah American School, ASD is one of Dubai’s long-standing international schools. The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and has an enrolment of around 2,000 students.

ASD offers a college-preparatory programme with Advanced Placement options, supported by a broad range of activities across the arts, athletics and service learning. Its campus includes purpose-built facilities, with learning supported by experienced faculty, counselling teams and an active school community.
